The CHF Academy now offers three options for payment:
- REGISTER TODAY: Pay in full by check, PayPal or major credit card.
- HOLD YOUR SPOT: Hold your spot with 1/3 down and the balance is due two weeks before the class starts. ($20 processing fee applies)
- SIX-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN: Register for two or more classes for just $99 down. Then make six regular monthly payments, until paid in full. ($65 finance charge applies)
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If it is necessary for CHFA to cancel a class and agreeable transfer arrangements cannot be made, you will receive a full tuition refund. Travel and/or trip interruption insurance is recommended.
Withdrawal requests must be made in writing by email to Peggy@CHFschool or fax 704-333-4639. If received more than 30 days prior to class, 80% of paid fees will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be issued for withdrawals made after that point.
If you are unable to attend class, you may request a credit voucher to be used for class transfers within one year. A $50 transfer fee applies. No credit or transfer requests will be granted after the first day of any class.
Students expand their custom workroom skills while exploring several innovative methods for compliant soft shade manufacturing. Each student creates three to four shades, choosing from the following styles: Hobbled Roman, Austrian, Shaped Bottom Roman, Stitch Tuck Roman and Box Pleated Roman). Then, with guided step-by-step instruction each student learns to mount these shades utlizing three different lift systems (Merril Landis Lite Touch™, Rowley EZ Rig™ and Sure-Shade™). In addition, students learn how to motorize soft shades, leaving with Somfy Expert™ Workroom Certification and a fully functioning motorized sample. All materials and lift mechanisms are provided, a $500 value in just lift mechanisms! Plus, students leave with a full understanding of the shade cord safety standards and an action plan for ongoing compliance
